Search OIG exclusions by name
GET /v1/exclusions
GET https://api.healthcare.dev/v1/exclusionsSearch the HHS OIG List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) by individual or business name, optionally by state and entity type. Results are ranked by match_score and are exclusions in effect unless include_reinstated=true. A name match is not an identity match: confirm with OIG's online search (https://exclusions.oig.hhs.gov), which verifies SSN or EIN. No result means no exclusion recorded under that name, not that the provider is not excluded. meta.note says this in words.
Requires an API key: Authorization: Bearer hdev_live_.... See Authentication.

Errors
Errors are application/problem+json (RFC 9457). Branch on type, not on title. See Errors.

| 404 | not-found | No record with that id (retired records are still returned). |
| 429 | rate-limited / quota-exceeded | Too many requests per second (retry after Retry-After), or the monthly quota is used up. |
| 503 | dataset-unavailable / unavailable | The dataset has no published version yet, or the service is degraded. |
