Pass an NDC in any format: 10-digit with dashes (`0002-0152-01`), 11-digit (`00002015201`) or a
product NDC (`0002-0152`). Responses include every package with its normalized 11-digit NDC and the
RxNorm concepts (`rxcuis`, `rxnorm`) for the product.

Being listed in the NDC Directory does not mean a drug is FDA approved.
