HCPCS Level II covers what CPT doesn't: ambulance, durable medical equipment, drugs given in a
clinic (J codes) and more. `attributes` carries CMS fields such as coverage and BETOS codes.

We don't serve CPT (HCPCS Level I): its descriptions are licensed by the AMA.
